The Waterfowl Festival continues to be a unique blend of art and conservation, and nowhere is this better epitomized than in the Federal and Maryland Duck Stamp art. Stamp purchases benefit federal and state wildlife conservation programs and artists vie each year for the honor of having their artwork selected for the images.
