The Waterfowl Festival is a juried show and is pleased to accept applications from artists and vendors interested in exhibiting. For a description of each exhibit, view the pages under the “Events and Exhibits” tab above. Please download the appropriate application form using the links below.
Applications are accepted from January 1 – February 15th, preceding the November Festival. Applications received after February 15th may be considered at the discretion of each exhibit chairman.
Each applicant will receive notification of acceptance or refusal by mid-May. We ask that exhibitors DO NOT send their reservation fee at the time of application, and wait until they have received notification of their acceptance to send it in along with their registration form.
After invitation, space is reserved only upon the Waterfowl Festival's receipt of appropriate registration and rental fees. Registrations from accepted exhibitors are taken on a first come, first served basis. If confirmation of attendance is not received by the deadline indicated on the acceptance letter, space may be forfeited to other exhibitors on the waiting list.

Artists Gallery & Workshop (Painters, sculptors, carvers demonstrating and working)
Tasting Pavilion (Local wineries, breweries, and gourmet foods)
Waterfowl Chesapeake Pavilion (Green vendors and businesses)
The Waterfowl Festival is proud to partner with Eastern Shore-based non-profit organizations that wish to serve as food vendors at the Festival. Food vendors must participate in a separate application process. Please direct all questions to 410-822-4567.
