Waterfowl Festival, Inc. is a private not-for-profit organization exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401. 410-974-5534.

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. THERE IS NO REFUND ON TICKETS.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY and HANDLING POLICY: Please be assured that your items will ship out within five (5) days of purchase. The carrier we use is the US Postal Service (USPS) and we cannot ship to PO boxes. Shipping cost on posters and dvd's is $8.00. Out of state orders are not charged Maryland sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6% sales tax.
