The Waterfowl Festival is an invitational show. Subject matter that expresses the rich diversity of nature including wildlife, landscapes, sporting art and maritime will be accepted.
The Festival follows a rolling admissions format – the sooner your application is received, the higher the possibility of acceptance. Applications are accepted after January 1st each year. Festival chairmen begin to review applications on March 1st and will continue accepting exhibitors until all spaces are filled. If an exhibit is filled, it will be noted on this page.

Artists for these venues are selected and accepted through a formal jury process in late spring each year.
Applications are still be accepted for any of the following exhibit areas of the Festival:
Artisans Gifts and Workshop – Demonstrating artisans and handcrafted products
Buy, Sell, Swap – Decoys, sporting collectibles, American folk art
Duck Stamps – State and Federal Duck Stamps
Sportsman’s Pavilion – Excursions, charters, outfitting services, goose & duck calls, retail sporting products
Tasting Pavilion – Regional wineries, breweries and gourmet foods
Waterfowl Chesapeake – Green vendors and businesses. Call 410-822-4567 if interested
Waterfowling Artifacts –Waterfowl artifacts and memorabilia. Selling or trading prohibited.
Vendors with products and services that are not applicable in the above categories may email the Waterfowl Festival at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of products or services offered if you feel you might qualify.
Food Vendors at the Festival are or are associated with nonprofit, Eastern Shore-based organizations. Food vendors must participate in a separate application process. Call 410-822-4567 if you feel your organization qualifies.
